Partner access · by invitation
For consultancies, grant advisers and bid teams
Better applications, from the organisations that fit.
Funding programmes work best when the organisations they were designed for apply, and apply well. Unvexa helps your team do both: reach clients who fit a programme but have never applied, and raise the quality of every application you prepare, section by section against the official form and its criteria.
EU programmes · national and municipal programmes · public tenders · B2B RFPs

What your team gets
First-time applicants and experienced ones alike: each client gets a workspace, and each application is built to the form's criteria. Every draft is yours to check, finish and submit.
- Forms
Every section mapped to its criterion
The official application form of each programme as structured data: each section, what it must cover, its limits, and the criterion it is scored under.
- Drafts
First drafts from your client's documents
The AI writes structured drafts from the material your client provides. Whatever the documents don't support is listed as an open point for your team.
- Compliance
Requirement matrix
The requirements of the call or tender, where each is answered in the package, and what is still open.
- Evidence
Proofs per client, with expiry dates
Certificates, references, CVs and financial statements kept per client and packaged with each submission.
- Quality
Checked against the form before submission
Missing sections, page limits and criteria no section answers yet, flagged against the official form, so quality issues surface before the evaluators see them.
- Fit
Find the calls that fit
Criteria and published results of past calls (submissions, thresholds, funding cut-offs), so you can see which programme fits which client, including clients who have never applied.
What the work looks like

Programmes and procedures covered
Official forms and criteria are mapped and re-checked each programme cycle, and what each cycle's published results show feeds back into the next application. Coverage grows programme by programme.

Questions
What is Unvexa for?
Raising the quality of applications, so that funding programmes reach the organisations they were designed for: those that fit but have never applied, and those that applied before and can now submit a stronger application.
Who is this for?
Firms and independent advisers who prepare applications, proposals or tender bids on behalf of other organisations: consultancies, grant advisers, bid-writing teams, agencies, and advisers to municipalities and public bodies.
How is it different from the service for companies?
Companies bidding for themselves reserve a place through the main site. Consultancies and agencies work across many clients, so they get a separate workspace per client, the programme mapping for their whole portfolio, and access through a partner account.
Do our clients see Unvexa?
Drafts are delivered as editable documents for your team to finish in your own format.
Is the output ready to submit?
No. It is a structured first draft with the open points listed. Your team checks, completes and adopts it, and the responsibility for what is submitted stays with you and your client.
How is personal data handled?
Personal data, such as your client's team CVs, is processed only under a data-processing agreement, after a contract is in place.
How do partners get access?
Partner accounts are opened by invitation while the service opens.
