RFPs, tenders and funding applications
What are you answering?
Unvexa combines frontier AI models with its own knowledge base: the official forms and evaluation criteria of the EU programmes we cover. It drafts from your own documents, maps each answer to what evaluators score, and marks the gaps. You check it, finish it and submit.

More than a chatbot
- Built on the official rules
- The forms, criteria and thresholds of the EU programmes we cover, each with a recheck date.
- Checked before you submit
- Requirements mapped to answers, word and character limits checked, gaps listed.
- Your proofs, kept ready
- Certificates, insurance and references per client, with expiry dates where they have one.
- Your data stays yours
- Handled under data-processing terms, never used to train AI models.
Raising the quality of applications, so that funding programmes reach the organisations they were designed for: those that fit but have never applied, and those that applied before and can now submit a stronger application.
Questions
Who writes the response?
The AI writes a first draft from your own documents and marks the gaps. You check it in full, finish it and submit it. We never sign or submit for you.
Where do my documents go?
How the AI part handles your documents is explained on the Security page. Personal data, such as CVs, is handled only after a contract is in place.
Can you promise a win or a score?
No. There is no promise of a win, a score or completeness, and no success rates.
What can I answer with it?
A private RFP, an EIC Accelerator application, a public tender, a supplier offer for an EU-funded project or an agency pitch. Start with the RFP, EIC Accelerator or public tender page, or pick one of the offers above.
Straight terms
We prepare, you decide. Everything we deliver is a draft for your review. Check it in full before you submit. What you submit is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.
