What the service is
We prepare bids for public tenders in Bulgaria, Romania and EU institutions – in Bulgarian, Romanian, English and German, written in the tender's language. You supply company facts, certificates, references and prices; you receive the bid pack together with a requirements table showing what's required and where it's included.
We also prepare responses to private companies' RFPs – email us to discuss scope.

How it works

We prepare, you decide. Everything we deliver is a draft for your review. Check it in full before you submit. What you submit is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.
- Scope
- The service handles single-lot tenders. Multi-lot tenders, consortium bids and framework mini-competitions are not accepted yet. We don't take on bids to supply IT services, software or IT support.
- Confidentiality
- Each client's material is kept separate and never reused for another client. We keep the documents you send for an order, as received; they are not deleted automatically. How to ask for deletion: section 5 of the privacy notice.
