What this is

Raising the quality of applications, so that funding programmes reach the organisations they were designed for: those that fit but have never applied, and those that applied before and can now submit a stronger application.

We turn your own documents – your project description, your team's backgrounds, whatever you already have – into a sourced fact base for your EIC Accelerator Step 1 application. Each fact in it is linked to its source. Anything missing shows up as a marked open point, whether or not your documents are complete. You submit the application yourself, from your own EIC account, and you declare any AI use, as the programme requires.

What the work looks like

Why yellow matters

Under Horizon Europe a company gets three tries at the EIC Accelerator: a failed submission at any stage counts, Step 1 included, and after the third the same company cannot apply again under Horizon Europe. We would rather tell you honestly where your fact base is thin – yellow rather than just green – than see one of your three tries spent on a submission that wasn't ready.

Green means our system found no significant issues. It is not a prediction of the evaluation or of funding, and it does not mean the EU funding programme will find none. Yellow and red come with up to three main reasons, in plain words, so you can see what our system found.

What you receive

The completed 12-page written application, the pitch deck (up to 10 slides), and the script for your 3-minute pitch video. You record and submit the video yourself – we write the script, not the recording.

We prepare, you decide. Everything we deliver is a draft for your review. Check it in full before you submit. What you submit is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

What we don't do
We don't predict your funding outcome and we don't quote a success rate – no public data supports one honestly. What you get is your own fact base, checked against the programme's criteria, and the assessment of it.
Scope
This covers the EIC Accelerator Step 1 application. Step 2 and interview preparation are not offered yet.
Responsibility
You submit the application yourself, from your own EIC account, and declare any AI use as the programme requires. You review and finalise it – the application, and responsibility for it, is yours.
